Our Staff Our direct-service staff provides consultation, education, behavioral coaching, individualized service planning, ongoing assessment of participants, community outreach, and coordination of services. This includes both professionals and paraprofessional service providers. Our staff members who provide treatment and rehabilitation services work in multidisciplinary service teams. In addition, professional clinicians provide specialized treatment methods, including individual and group psychotherapy and psychiatric medications. They include licensed social workers, mental health counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and addictions specialists.
Our support-service staff maintains the highly-complex administrative operations and facilities that make it possible for our direct-service employees to deliver services. This staff includes business-office personnel, information technology staff, clinical-records staff, site secretaries, receptionists, and maintenance staff. Our support staff also includes workers who are bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
