Somerville Mental Health Association is always looking for job applicants who will enable our staff to more fully reflect the diversity of the community we serve. In order to be competent to serve people from diverse backgrounds, we give priority to qualified applicants who are from ethnic minorities, especially bi-lingual and bi-cultural applicants from the largest and fastest-growing language and cultural groups in Somerville, i.e., those who speak English and Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese.
