Assistance for the Individual Adult

This includes our Homelessness Prevention Program, which provides outreach to assist individuals who are at risk of losing their housing due in part to behavioral problems.

It also includes our Suicide Prevention Program, which offers a variety of ways in which individuals who have lost a loved one to suicide or overdose can become less isolated and overwhelmed by the loss.

We offer a full range of Clinical Services, including comprehensive assessment and multiple forms of treatment for adults who are experiencing behavior, emotions, moods, or thoughts that interfere with their health and wellbeing, relationships with other people, and/or work life.  These services address both mental health problems and substance abuse problems.

Our treatment programs include:

  • Psychotherapy – individual, group, couples, family
  • Psychopharmacology – psychiatric medication
  • Day Treatment for individuals who need a safe and supportive environment in which to strengthen their skills in relating to other people and in performing tasks of daily living.
  • Community Treatment Team for individuals who need extensive outreach and innovation in community settings in order to engage and support them in treatment.
  • Community Rehabilitative Support for individuals who need assistance in managing their mental health and/or substance abuse problems in ways that enable them to live in the community and utilize treatment and social services effectively.
  • Substance Abuse Services for individuals who need assistance in becoming clean and sober and in sustaining their recovery through participation in individual, group, and/or family counseling, medication, psycho-education, outreach, and case management.
