Clinical Services Assessment, counseling, and psychiatric medication is available for children, families and individual adults who are dealing with a wide variety of behavior problems, including depression, anxiety, child abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and substance abuse. Individual, group, and family therapy is available. Most health insurance plans are accepted for these services. A sliding fee-schedule is also available for Somerville residents. For individuals with both a psychiatric disorder and a substance abuse or addictive disorder, an integrated treatment plan for both components of the dual diagnosis is provided. For individuals who are living with HIV/AIDS, a specialized team provides outpatient counseling in close collaboration with medical providers and case managers at Somerville Hospital.
