Many of the families and individual adults we work with also receive services from one or more other agencies in Somerville or Cambridge. Because we regard continuity of care as central to the effectiveness of all services, we give a lot of attention to collaborating with other providers to insure that services are well coordinated. We encourage our clients to give consent to their various service-providers to talk together about how best to promote continuity of care. So we welcome contacts from other providers and work to return calls and follow-through on joint plans in a timely manner.
